Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.

2. Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• With original tags, packaging, and invoice

Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.

4. Exchange

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may receive a store credit or refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

7. Non-returnable Items

Gift cards, customized or final sale items (if any).
